Challenge: In-person real estate showings were halted at the beginning of the pandemic leaving many eager condo buyers in flux. Maintaining contact and engagement with these prospects was a top priority of the sales team. Still, it needed to be executed thoughtfully so not to be insensitive to the health crisis.
Solution: M+G created a news-style video series featuring former CBS 3 reporter Cleve Bryan interviewing urban visionary Carl Dranoff on the City's development history, his efforts to build back Philadelphia’s urban core, and his latest project Arthaus.
